Enzo Amore took to Twitter last night to attack Big Cass, who couldn’t continue their street fight after his (apparently) legit injury on WWE Monday Night Raw.
In a tweet storm, Enzo brought up his own injury in NXT. He said you are never defeated when you lose, you are defeated when you quit, and Big Cass, “You’ve been defeated!”
Except this isn’t really true. From what could be seen during the match, Cass tried to continue and seemed upset when the referee called for the bell. Enzo seemed to celebrate that victory.
Enzo and Cass have been the best of friends since high school. When their tag team split, it touched Enzo’s heart so much he shed an actual tear on camera. So Enzo’s reactions certainly lend credibility to the theory that Big Cass isn’t really hurt.
Or if he is, if must not be that bad.
