Linkara, the creator behind Atop the Forth Wall and former member of Channel Awesome, reacted on the platform formally known as Twitter after TGWTG was apparently closed down.
The video creator was angry because although he and the others are no longer affiliated with TGWTG, having left the company in 2018 during the Channel Awesome Exodus, TGWTG still hosted many of their early videos.
“It’s the final erasure of us as a group – of being MORE than just Doug’s stuff,” said Linkara.
He went on to say that working with CA was a horrible experience which took up a third of his life and two thirds of his video career. He said he’s taking the removal of TGWTG and the videos hosted as proof that they were never friends.
At the end of the thread, he let his followers know about an audio drama he and other former creators did after they left the company.
